Arranging for New Accommodations

Documentation must be on letterhead, dated, and signed by the diagnosing physician or evaluator. Semester Accommodation Renewals/Current Students
Each semester, students registered with 访问服务 must submit a Semester Request through their 适应门户. 教师 will receive their students' accommodation forms through their faculty 适应门户. Students are then responsible for discussing their approved accommodations directly with their instructors.
Emotional Support Animal (ESA)
Fall Term Timeline for ESA Applications: Students requesting approval to bring an ESA to campus must submit a completed ESA包/政策
